Adaptations and alterations to a Grade 2 listed building to provide easy access and improved living conditions for a disabled user. We’re working closely with the Environmental Health Officer and Occupational Therapist from the Local Authority to allow this.

Alterations have been kept to an absolute minimum so as not to alter the fabric of the building. A lift, hoists and bathroom modifications are incorporated into the design to allow for wheelchair access.

Planning permission was granted for the creation of a granny annexe extension to a Grade 2 listed building. An extension was made to the property as well as the conversion of the existing garage into a living space.

Sensitive intervention was required within the architectural, archaeological and historical context of conservation area.
