Library Extension in Broad Oak Brede, East Sussex
The Library / Sun room is now completed with landscaping works about to begin
Rye Scout's Hut, East Sussex.
New Builds
A new replacement Scout Hut building in a flood risk area.
The trussed rafter roof has finally arrived on site and is in the process of being erected. Funding for the project is very tight. The shell will be handed over to the scout group at the end of March.
Period House in Rye
Excavation for the new foundations for this extension has now started. An archaeologist is on site to monitor the dig, due to the historically sensitive nature of the site

The ground works were carried out last summer, with a view to commencing the superstructure in March
